I’m a former K–12 teacher and an instructional designer with experience in higher education and the tech sector. I hold a BFA in Film/TV Production from NYU and an MBA from Georgetown.

As a first-generation Iranian American, I left Iran with my family in the 1980s—an experience that continues to shape my perspective and voice.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where you can usually find me hiking, gardening, or spending time with family and friends.

In addition to writing, I serve as a regional co-ambassador for the Bay Area chapter of the Authors Guild.
